Standard Delivery

• We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.
• Standard delivery takes up to 7 working days after payment is received.
• Customers on Rural Delivery routes should allow an extra 3 working days.

• Please bring a copy of your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) when picking up your items.
• Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation.

Delivery Notes

• Additional postage charges may apply for larger or heavier orders requiring multiple parcels.
• Items on backorder will be shipped once they are available.
• If you reorder an item after returning a product, standard postage rates apply for both the return and the new order.
