Rukhsar Craft Limited – Training Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before making a booking. By booking, you agree to the following terms:

• Pricing
  All training prices are exclusive of GST (15%) unless otherwise stated.
• Deposit & Payment
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% (or full payment) is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
  • Training dates are not reserved until the deposit is received. Spaces fill quickly, so we recommend securing your spot as soon as possible.
  • The balance of fees must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before the training commencement date.
  • If payment is not received within this timeframe, Rukhsar Craft Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any workshop.
  • Failure to provide notice will incur a 25% re-booking fee.
  • All training payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Pricing & Ownership
  • All product prices are inclusive of GST (15%) but exclude freight charges.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All goods remain the property of Rukhsar Craft Limited until full payment is received.
• Sales Policy
  • Goods are not supplied on a “sale or return” basis. All sales are final.
  • Returns are only accepted at the sole discretion of Rukhsar Craft Limited and must meet the following conditions:
    • Returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
    • Returned within 7 days of purchase (or within 24 hours for scissors).
    • All return freight and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • A 10% restocking fee may apply.
• Orders & Cancellations
  • Once accepted, orders cannot be cancelled or altered without written approval from Rukhsar Craft Limited.
  • If a cancellation is accepted, the company reserves the right to recover any costs incurred.
  • Rukhsar Craft Limited reserves the right to accept or decline orders in whole or in part, and may subcontract supply if necessary.
• Delivery & Availability
  • Delivery dates provided are approximate only and not contractual.
  • Product listings and images are for reference only and do not guarantee stock availability.
  • In the rare event of unavailability, we may substitute items with products of the same or higher specifications.
• Damaged or Defective Goods
  • Claims for damaged or defective goods must be made within 36 hours of delivery.
  • Goods must be retained until written confirmation is received from Rukhsar Craft Limited. Failure to do so may result in claim rejection.
  • Rukhsar Craft Limited reserves the right to decide whether to replace goods or issue credit.
• General
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in pricing, descriptions, or availability are excepted.
  • Rukhsar Craft Limited reserves the right to cancel or refund any pending orders prior to dispatch. A sale is only considered final once goods have been shipped.
